The life becomes very busy and we do not have enough time. Sometimes, we go through with slowness issues in our personal computer. Delete All Temp Files :

Whenever you access any program or website, your computer automatically creates its temp file. Therefore, you should delete temp files from your PC on regular basis. Also, you can remove temp files from web browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Empty the Recycle Bin :

Delete unnecessary items from the Recycle Bin on regular intervals.

Run Antivirus Program :

Often viruses decrease the speed of your computer. Therefore, you should download a suitable antivirus program in your PC like Kaspersky, Norton, AVG and McAfee.

Download only one Antivirus  :

If you have downloaded two or more antiviruses in your computer, their programs will clash among each other. And this results to slowness issue. Thus, uninstall other antiviruses and use only one at a time.

Disk Defragmentation :

You can merge all the files in your hard disk by using “Disk Defragmentation” to free up the space. The process will take some time but at the end it improves the speed of your PC.

Delete Unnecessary Files and Folders ;

If you have several files, folders, applications or software which you do not use, remove them one by one. Go to remove program option from Control Panel.

Add Up Virtual Memory :

RAM plays an important role to run any program. If you have small size of memory, it certainly gives slowness issue. However, you can add some external memory in your computer to improve the performance.

Adjust the Graphic Settings :

If its default color quality is 32 bit then decrease it to 16 bit. Steps: On Desktop – Right click and Properties – In Display Properties window click Settings – below Color quality select “Medium (16 bi)” – Apply – OK.

Download Latest Drivers :

You can simply download latest drivers for various devices from their manufacturer’s sites. These are easily available on the internet.

Download Windows Updates :

From Control Panel, you can click on automatic updates and download latest updates for your operating system.

After performing these steps, restart your computer. You will certainly feel changes in the speed of your computer.
